I'm a learning leader with 15+ years of experience designing, developing, and scaling impactful education programs across digital and in-person formats. Currently, I lead the content and platform strategy for UiPath Academy, the world’s largest learning ecosystem focused on agentic automation, serving over 2 million global users. My role blends strategic vision with operational execution: I oversee a global team driving content creation, platform evolution, and learner engagement for a diverse audience; from customers and partners to internal teams and automation enthusiasts. Highlights from my work: • Leading the continued growth of UiPath Academy, including 150+ new courses and a 4x content expansion. • Managing content production workflows and scaling operations using Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Designing 100+ learning experiences spanning technical enablement, sales training, and cultural onboarding. • Personally delivering 300+ days of training on both technical and soft skills.
