About Reagan Rust

After spending the last 15 years competing at the highest level on the ice, I am taking my competitive drive, unwavering passion and commitment to teammates to the next phase of my professional life. As a former data analyst for TJX, I learned to thrive in the team-oriented environments and contribute through my hard work, attention to detail and proactive approach to executing on team-wide KPIs. My goal: to empower the next generation of female athletes to become the best version of themselves on and off the ice, field or court. After completing my NCAA D1 journey as the captain of the BU Women’s Ice Hockey team with a Beanpot Championship and Hall of Fame Nomination, I realized that the years of dedication to my craft could serve as inspiration for those who were working towards a similar goal. I am hoping to connect with other former college and professional athletes or those involved in sports to see how we can collaborate to create a better future for the young athletes following in our footsteps.
