About Reandra Blade

As a Clinical Social Worker at Cone Health, I provide behavioral health and case management services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from the Joint Master's of Social Work program at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a license from the National Association of Social Workers North Carolina Chapter. With over 10 years of experience in social work, I have worked with diverse populations and addressed complex issues such as abuse, neglect, dependency, and trauma. I have also contributed to the prevention of out-of-home placements and the promotion of family reunification and stability. My core competencies include assessment, intervention, advocacy, case management, and collaboration. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their well-being, and I value respect, empathy, and professionalism in my work.
