About Rebeca MacEdo

My 18-year journey in the job market, from intern to management positions in multinational companies, has been filled with learning experiences. I've learned that developing emotional intelligence is crucial for personal and professional success. My strong academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAM/SP and an MBA in Strategic Management and Controllership from PUC/SP, with specialization in Transfer Price. I've continuously sought improvement, with training in Coaching from FCU/Florida-USA and Leadership Training at Harvard University. I'm fluent in three languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English. My passion for emotional intelligence led me to venture into "Encontrando suas Estrelas"(Finding Your Stars). I'm also a writer, contributing a monthly column to Revista Acontece Magazine, sharing knowledge about emotional intelligence and mental health. I've spoken at conferences in various Latin American countries, the USA, and other parts of the world. Currently residing in the USA, I provide consultancy to multinational corporations and startups, and I am active in Alewho It Solutions, focusing on cybersecurity, MSP, and Artificial Intelligence for SMEs. Beyond my career, I serve as vice president at the "Alliance of Mercy," supporting vulnerable individuals in eight countries. My identity is rooted in my Brazilian heritage while embracing the USA. I am a mother, a wife, and a passionate pet lover. My faith sustains me and has allowed me to rebuild myself. My approach goes beyond books, enriched by memorable experiences. I promised God that I would make a difference in the lives of those I encounter, fueling my mission to transform people, organizations, families, and the world through emotional intelligence, enabling everyone to shine and positively impact society.
