During my term with Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, I was one of three key players in implementing Salesforce. Some of my key responsibilities were to set up user rights, landing pages (customer pages), created all reporting for internal staff and food bank partners, managed data on donor demographics and donation history, and trained all staff on best practices. These skills were taken to a greater lever with Ellison Technologies, where I added to many of these responsibilities by assisting the sales team with preparing quotes, preparing estimates for service, and joined the team to implement a full quoting system directly in Salesforce. I have a lifetime of extensive customer relations experience with diverse cultures, database management and implementation, staff training, and supervision. I am also extremely knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Salesforce, RFMS, and most things IT related so I learn new programs very quickly. In addition to my experience, I am very determined to personally and professionally succeed, which makes me dedicated to my employer and allows me to work independently or within any size team when needed. I am easy going but know there is always necessary time to set priorities and get any job done on time.
