I am a highly motivated and driven individual, I enjoy a challenge and I am always looking for the next great thing! I have a reserved approach and look at things with a critics eye and then I take a step back and look at the challenge or opportunity in front of me from a 100 foot view; before I access and decide on a course of action. This way I know I have looked at all the possibilities and am ready to share with others and look for insight from the team. A well developed team is the best way to get things done and that means we all work together to balance the strengths and weakness and to learn from each other. I enjoy working with internal team members and setting goals for growth - I always learn something new about them and myself in doing this. I push to excel with any team I work with and look to develop management process that works well with all internal and external team members. I have a keen eye for creative and I take a strategic approach, never forgetting that the customers are the heart of the communications that we are producing and everything has to be relatable to them to ensure positive ROI. No project or Client is too large or small the challenge is what drives everyone to do better and produce stronger and better projects. Loving what you do goes a long way!
