I really enjoy working on teams, especially those that are cross-functional and learning new concepts. I have participated on and led several improvement projects, over the years, one of which won a prestigious continuous improvement award at Eaton. I also developed and deployed tools to help communicate Eaton’s ethical culture, the importance of ethical decision making, our Code of Ethics, and our Harassment Free workplace policy to name a few. The tools we used to communicate were modern - SharePoint sites, internally created leadership videos, infographics, developed scenarios and deployed online courses through our learning management system.
