About Rebecca Klein

I organize and analyze jobs to create accurate, comprehensive job descriptions that support organizational clarity and alignment. My work includes reviewing current job codes, as well as designing job architecture that groups jobs into families and levels. This structure lays the groundwork for strong HR data and supports future compensation and workforce planning efforts. I lead projects to develop and improve job descriptions and job architecture frameworks, helping the organization create scalable and consistent systems for managing job information. I am passionate about bringing order to complex job data and creating systems that enable better decision-making and HR operations. Key areas of expertise include, organizing jobs through detailed job analysis and job description development; reviewing and assessing existing job codes and identifying needs for new codes; designing job architecture frameworks that group jobs into families and levels for better HR data integrity; leading projects that improve job description processes and support organizational workforce planning; and collaborating with HR and business partners to ensure alignment of job data with system and compensation needs.
