About Rebecca McCormick

A hardworking, loyal, professional individual with 7 years experience, which is still expanding, in the digital advertising industry across both desktop and mobile display. I enjoy taking on new challenges and increasing my skill set, this desire has seen me progress through my career over the years and into different roles, ranging from support & QA to team management, a certified SCRUM master and now a product owner role where I have taken multiple projects from concept to business use whilst following agile practices and building a reliable skilled team capable of delivering value. Throughout my time at Flashtalking I have willingly travelled to other offices such as New York, Connecticut, Germany and London whether it be to provide training, for meetings or collaborative roadmap planning for the upcoming year, as part of these visits I made an active effort to build rapport with colleagues based in other offices. This helped both myself and my team to more efficiently complete work.
