Leadership has always been at the heart of my journey—whether leading on the ice as a pro hockey player, building values-driven programs in youth sports, or developing leaders at every level. After earning my MBA, I balanced a full-time career in financial services with six seasons in the NWHL/PHF, an experience that strengthened my resilience, communication, and cross-functional collaboration—skills I bring to leadership development and talent growth today. Currently, I oversee operations for a girls’ hockey club, coach multiple teams, and design tiered development programs for athletes and coaches, with a focus on servant leadership, performance, and inclusion. I’m passionate about helping people from all backgrounds grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders and effective communicators.
