About Rebecca Pluguez

I have the privilege to work and be a graduate of one of the largest universities in the nation. Our belief is providing impact through excellence in our work as well as in our professional lives. My position as the Director and key member of the Vice President and General Counsel’s Office consist in the operational development of human relationships through management of personnel and capability. Therefore, my profession involves making significant and independent judgement in identifying and resolving conflicts (internal and external), leading and participating in university-wide and departmental operational policy review and/or development as well as generating, implementing, and managing budget decisions, coupled with; gathering data for presenting, writing, and implementing qualitative and quantitative annual assessments. Equally important, my position entails the overall operations of the UCF's Vice President and General Counsel’s Office is well-operated and reporting business and legal requirements are appropriately executed. I have also had the privilege to act as Chair and Co-Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel Internal Resource Management Group and be part of the ACC's Steering Committee.
