About Rebecca Sikes
A homeschool mom striving to live life as I teach my children. May they always believe they can achieve success as long as they are willing to make the sacrifices and put in the elbow grease to achieve it. As a tired and worn out Mother of 4 small kids, I set out on a year of transformation at the beginning of 2022. I made my physical and emotional needs a priority, and I ended up gaining way more than I could have ever imagined. I started a Homeschool Social Group (Feb 2022) which quickly became a Physical Education class, and I realized that I have a passion for helping others believe in themselves and their physical abilities. I have since then became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise, and a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor with Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I am currently studying for my ACE Certified Personal Trainer Exam, and I hope to also specialize in Youth Fitness.
