When I was a kid, my favorite game with my dad was to create funny commercials and ad jingles on the spot. At 17, I began my first internship in the Direct Response department of an ad agency in Santa Monica, CA. Over the next 20 years, I helped build various divisions of one of the Top 3 private ad agencies in Los Angeles. To say 'Performance Marketing runs through my veins' would be an understatement. Since I can remember, I've been obsessed with learning how to communicate with people, connect them with something they need, and maximizing response for continual growth. I built things. Websites, Strategies, Designs, Content, Processes, Divisions, and more. There's nothing I love more than getting to stretch my abilities with a group of positive, collaborative humans, dedicated to the same goal. I strive for the win-win. I shoot for the moon. I lead with empathy, understanding, and communication as my cornerstones. I value diversity - of people, abilities and thought. I believe feedback is a gift. That being honest, respectful of others, and flexible are the foundational requirements of a healthy working relationship.
