As a logistics specialist at SIA HIKE, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the company's supply chain, customer service, and inventory management. I handle various tasks such as record keeping, document creation, personnel management, and personal file documentation, using my communication, problem solving, and organization skills. I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in commerce at EKA University of Applied Sciences, where I am learning about business, economics, and management principles and practices. I have a keen interest in the outdoor industry and the challenges and opportunities it offers. I have previously obtained a level 1 higher education in office management and professional customer service, and have also studied management and fitness training, and risk management and insurance, to broaden my knowledge and skills. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to advance my career and add value to SIA HIKE and its customers.
