Communication of personal security information is a vital area that must be included in your job every day having access to personally identifiable information (PII) that must be handled properly. Preparing and issuing paperwork using the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) to initiate, document, or complete transportation actions for Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Personally Procured Move (PPM), Pro-Gear, Non-Temporary Storage (NTS), Unaccompanied Baggage (UB) Shipments and other personal property related needs for service members and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians. The Household Goods section (HHGs) processes applications for outbound personal property shipments.
