I hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in Information Systems from McGill University and currently serve as an Enterprise Planning and Performance Analyst at Public Services and Procurement Canada. In this role, I manage milestone tracking and performance reporting for the Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio, which encompasses the HR and Pay landscape at the enterprise level. My work directly supports strategic decision-making for senior leadership.I specialize in developing executive dashboards, progress reports, and performance frameworks that enhance transparency and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. By integrating data visualization and continuous improvement strategies, I help streamline processes and deliver key insights to executives, including Assistant and Associate Deputy Ministers. I am committed to fostering collaboration, driving efficiency, and contributing to a culture of innovation across the organization.
