About Redi Lamce

As a well-rounded Registered Nurse with over a decade of interhospital bedside experience spanning from Emergency Trauma, Cardiac Surgery ICU and Rapid Response Team, I have gained valuable insight into delivering high-quality care in complex and fast-paced environments. Transitioning into a Nursing Supervisor role and growing into a Team Coordinator for the Rapid Response Team has allowed me to oversee hospital operations, staffing, patient centered flow and thus cohesively maintain organizational objectives as a representation of senior leadership. Concomitantly, I am pursuing an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University to expand my impact by combining my clinical and business intuition to drive innovative solutions, foster team development, and enhance patient-centered outcomes in leadership and management roles.
