About Reece Buck

I am a confident and self-motivated individual with a recent accomplishment in completing a secondment as part of a core team responsible for delivering the new Public Safety Network programme to Wellington Free Ambulance. Leveraging my technical knowledge and experience within an Emergency Service agency, I played a key role in establishing the necessary elements to successfully implement this critical transformational change within our organisation. Throughout this experience, I have acquired valuable Change Management skills as a certified Prosci practitioner and developed expertise in creating the fundamental artifacts required for large-scale and long-term projects. With a strong background in the manufacturing industry, I bring practical experience to the table when it comes to finding end-user solutions and systematically solving complex problems.
