Currently employed by Lawrence & Hanson Group - Pacific Datacom (A Sonepar Company), as an Assistant Branch Manager, I've been with Pacific Datacom since January 2015. My role involves providing leadership to our team of Customer Service Officers, providing customer service to my account base and offering project management to these accounts. I also have the sub roles of a Branch Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer and Branch Inventory Control Officer (ICO). A major element of my role is assisting customers/accounts by offering them a solution to their data requirements. I strongly believe in finding solutions in every aspect of my career and personal life. Using this philosophy, I have been able to provide a high level of customer service to my accounts and assist them achieve their goals. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer, I am responsible in managing all supplier invoicing/expense invoicing and ensuring all invoices are processed efficiently, timely and to the supplier’s terms. Further to the above, it is also my responsibility to process any customer payments and process all aspects of banking & validation. Finally, as an Inventory Control Officer, it is my responsibility to purchase required products, for our customers & manage the branches stock holding levels accurately, with ensuring we always have multiple solutions available to our customers, whilst not overcompensating for the branch. Previous to my current role, I have worked in the mining industry as a Geotechnician for Coffey Information & SGS Australia. I have also had further customer service experience prior to the mining industry, firstly as a Sales Assistant then further as an Assistant Store Manager for Jaycar Electronics.
