I am an Associate in the Perth office of Jones Day.I am an experienced litigator, who regularly acts for clients in a broad range of matters, often involving high-value and complex commercial disputes. My practice includes all forms of dispute resolution, including superior court litigation; domestic and international arbitration including under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules; expert determination; adjudication; and mediation.I regularly act in relation to disputes arising in the energy and resources sector, contentious corporate matters, as well as assisting clients with the review and preparation of contractual documents, with a particular focus on the construction industry.In 2016, I spent 5 months on secondment, working onsite at the US $34b Ichthys LNG project in Darwin, NT. I provided legal advice and ongoing project support to a large Joint Venture. I worked closely with key project personnel as well as provided advice and assistance to the general commercial team in respect of delay, disruption and other claims, Subcontract administration and project correspondence.I am a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Membership into the Society is by invitation only and recognises academic excellence, as well as promoting leadership and community service.
