About Reece Morrell

As the General Manager of Further Education at Boomsatsuma, I provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, guiding expert teaching teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for all our learners. I manage key educational partnerships, and ensure that our provision is innovative, compliant, and aligned with long-term organisational goals. We offer post-16 programmes in a variety of creative sectors and I have over 8 years of experience in education management, designing and delivering curriculums that build both technical and academic skills within young people. I hold a QTLS Status, a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, and a BSc (Hons) in Events Management. I am passionate about creating opportunities for young people to express their creativity, develop their confidence, and pursue their aspirations. I also have 9 years of project management experience in digital media, events and marketing, working with clients such as Spotify, The FA, The National Trust and Bristol Sport. My key skills include leadership, teaching, relationship management, digital and social marketing, camera operation and editing.
