About Reece Morrell

I’m a Business Coach and Content Creator, helping organisations, teams and individuals build the confidence and practical skills they need to thrive in today’s digital world. After over a decade in education — most recently as General Manager of Further Education at Boomsatsuma — I’ve led teaching teams, and designed full-time programmes that gave young people the tools to express their creativity and produce industry-standard content. Now, I’m using that experience to support a wider community: including apprentices, charities, schools and sports organisations. My background spans both education management and creative industry practice. I hold QTLS status, a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, and a BSc(Hons) in Events Management. Alongside teaching, I’ve managed content creation, events and marketing, by delivering projects for clients such as Spotify, The FA, The National Trust and Bristol Sport. What I offer is a mix of bespoke training, mentoring and consulting, plus hands-on support with content creation and digital strategy. Whether it’s upskilling a team, coaching apprentices, or helping senior staff feel confident in their digital presence, my goal is the same: to make creative and digital skills accessible, practical, and empowering. No death by powerpoint, let's learn by doing.Key skills: leadership, training & mentoring, digital and social marketing, camera operation, editing and project management.
