Since 2021, I’ve helped streamline daily operations and elevate brand presence at EPS Services & Tooling—a leader in bandsaw blade manufacturing for the timber industry. With a strategic mind and hands-on experience, I manage our website and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, eBay Business), plan and execute marketing campaigns across print and social media, and maintain the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office—including customer liaison and order processing. I’ve also led initiatives like brand voice refinement, sustainability efforts such as Net Zero planning and cycle-to-work schemes, and helped align our content with evolving company values. Currently focused on deepening my marketing expertise, I’m especially interested in applying my skills to industries I’m passionate about—like outdoor sports—where strategic storytelling and community engagement truly matter.
