I am a driven director with 10+ years of experience in operations, sales, marketing, as well as brand and event management while coaching, mentoring, and managing talent to take customer service to the next level.I believe in challenging teams and individuals to discover their capabilities, capacities, and skills to innovate excellence. To paraphrase one of my favorite quotes, “If our lives are already written, it would take a courageous human being to change the script.” My approach to developing talent is based on empathy, mutual respect, active listening, and building teams that can trust and rely on each other. Colleagues can count on me coming to the table with direction, a thorough understanding of the task at hand, project requirements and scope, and a sense of humor. When I’m not at work enthusiastically changing the script, I can be found pursuing my personal passions for home brewing, mixology, traveling, and spending time with my family.
