About Reece Simpson

As of August 2025, I have 18 momentous years as active duty U.S. Air Force. My primary duties have been the field of aviation maintenance, logistics, munitions, and the management of people, equipment, and programs. My first 10 years were focused on honing my aircraft technician skills on various cargo airframes across multiple installations around the globe. At 11 years, I was selected to promote into the officer ranks where I now have the fortunate ability to oversee the facets of the industrial environment I grew up in and coach Airmen to streamline processes that improve work production and their quality of life. This has included overseeing aircraft from the stealth bomber, fighter, and special operations platforms. Growing up as a small-town kid, this journey has brought enormous opportunities and I am thankful for the challenges that have allowed me to continue serving my country, internationally travel, live abroad, and expand my knowledge. I continue to look forward in advancing my experiences, education, and skills for the betterment of the organization, its people, and myself.
