About Reece Williams

I have been working in the Insurance industry now for 40 years and have underwritten, managed claims and now managed portfolios for most general insurance portfolios including personal and commercial lines enabling me to understand and influence the entire value chain. More recently I have gained incredible insight to the Customer and Insurer relationship through the large and complex complaint lens. Insurance is something that has become part of me and it is a great industry to be part of - it never ceases to amaze me of the challenges and opportunities it presents you with. I'm fortunate to have established my own company to utilise my knowledge and experience in range of different ways that I find incredibly rewarding - whether this be career guidance and advocacy for individuals to assisting organisations navigate through the complex regulatory environment whilst maintaining focus on customer expectations and competing stakeholder demands.
