I have devoted my 12 years as a job consultant and I am one of the founders of ARCOM CONSULTANCY SERVICES where we are working to help find the right & most suited jobs for the candidate, and meet the hiring requirements of corporates, business houses & SMEs. I am always open to discussing new opportunities and collaborations. With growing time, I realized major gaps between the actual requirement of the company and the skills a candidate has, and therefore have started working on a deeper level and helping young minds and teens identify their core interests and choose careers determined by their interests. I am a certified career counselor and take psychometric assessments, and cognitive assessments to show a systematic career pathway and undergo an individual's SWOT analysis. I am evolving & developing myself for 3+ years to develop and grow PASSIONEER HUB which helps millennials to identify their core interests & choose a best-fit career for themselves. I am a certified Career Counselor & conducts Psychometric Assessments to evaluate individuals, personality, interest & aptitude. We at PASSIONEER HUB, are conducting skill development programs like Entrepreneurship, Time Management, and Presentation Skills. I have designed online courses The Passioneer Model & creator of a unique group Passioneer Hub where my core motive is to determine an individual's - passion + career = profession. On this journey, I have evolved from an MBA postgraduate to a Job Consultant, Career Counselor, Online Coach, YouTuber, Blogger, Mentor, and Human Skills Trainer. I am a continuous learner & adopting technology to get things done efficiently.
