Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining profitability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring that operations comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Handle escalations from clients or internal teams, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
