I’m an experienced IT and Data Analyst with over 8 years of hands-on expertise in technical support, systems administration, and data management. My career has been defined by a strong ability to bridge the gap between technology and business, helping teams make data-driven decisions and streamline IT operations. Currently, I serve as a Data & IT Analyst, where I develop Power BI dashboards, perform data audits, and manage over 400 devices using Microsoft 365, Intune, and Google Workspace. I have a deep understanding of SQL, data governance, and cloud-based systems, and have led initiatives that improved compliance, standardized data practices, and saved my organization thousands in platform costs. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology and Networking and will complete my Bachelor's in Software Development with a concentration in Software Design and Programming at DeVry University in 2026. Along the way, I’ve earned certificates in Programming Essentials, C#, and SQL, and I remain committed to growing my software development and data engineering skills. My passion lies in continuous learning, solving complex problems, and building solutions that make an impact. I'm seeking to transition into software engineering roles where I can combine my IT background with software development to create scalable, user-focused applications.
