About Reed Findley

Process improvement leader, business analyst, DEIB advocate. I specialize in implementing and improving software and business processes, providing excellent on-the-ground leadership to my direct reports and outside my team, and translating technical requirements into clear, concise, and easily-understood documents fit for multiple levels of consumption. I am a quick study for any software system; within months, I can become an expert in software and business processes and develop a quality control/assurance system from the ground up. My ability to provide actionable, compassionate feedback contributes to data quality and confidence efforts, and my devotion to documentation allows for quick process gap analysis and resolution. I am a strong advocate for efficiency without sacrificing team motivation and feedback, and I am adept at developing project requirements that take into account sometimes hidden stakeholder. Finally, I lead DEIB efforts both internally and externally as a facilitator of employee resource groups and on-the-ground storyteller for the LGBTQIA+ community. My passion is making sure that the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies feel heard, safe, and supported in and out of the workplace.
