I am a dedicated self starter, who has proven multiple times over the course of my career that I can develop, execute and implement ideas and improvements in the claims handling process. I was hired as on a contract basis in 2019 for Ryze Claims Solutions, and at the conclusion of the project, had proven to be instrumental in the handling and growth for multiple clients, and was offered a full time position to assist in the management of several clients, including Florida Peninsula/Edison, American Modern, UPC and Allstate Castle Key. It was at Ryze that I was exposed to multiple estimating platforms including Symbility and Xactimate. Upon leaving Ryze, I worked temporarily for Griston Claims, where I increased my working knowledge of Xactimate, both X28 and XM1, by adjusting ground-up estimates for American Summit and American National. When I moved to New Braunfels in 2021, I accepted a position at AllCat Claims Services as a Property Adjuster. While at AllCat, I secured my Level 1 Xactimate Certification, and through showing exemplary adjusting and claims knowledge, was quickly promoted to Senior Property Adjuster, handling large, complex or sensitive claims on behalf of USAA.
