About Reed Jones

If you know me, you know I absolutely love to run. If you don’t know me, you probably also know I absolutely love to run too because I’m probably one of the humans you’ve spotted with a head lamp, running vest full of “goo,” and neon trainers on during a crisp, 5 AM, early morning commute. Of all the runs I’ve taken, short or long, slow or fast, 5 AM or 5PM - each have brought me to the same lesson: one foot in front of the other. Through my college years and in starting my career, I have employed this simple motto across all aspects of my life, to take it step by step. I use it as I master Excel, to problem-solve, and of course identify key points of interest when mapping in an EP lab - translating into team milestones, and better yet, serving our people & our patients. It has brought me to Africa on the most remarkable experience studying food & nutrition — to a life in the concrete jungle of New York City — and now to beautiful Raleigh, NC. I’m looking forward to a life continuing to place one foot in front of the other - who knows where it will take me next!
