I joined TSA Group in 2019 and quickly became a top sales representative, developing into a capable 2IC and most recently holding the position of Sales Team Lead since the beginning of 2020. I am a people focused sales manager with a passion for development for both myself and others and have proven the ability to develop and mentor front line staff to success across multiple KPIs and client demands through a positive and inclusive work environment that I have built. I have a passion for driving solutions and have most recently identified an opportunity to meet client demand at a centre level to create a better customer experience by reducing agent average handling time and in turn customer ques. The main benefits included increase in sales opportunity due to team members having more time on the phone, more specific coaching opportunities on an individual team level as well as increase in overall customer and agent satisfaction. I am still early in my career and continuously looking for opportunities to push the boundaries of my knowledge to learn new skills and promote growth in both my professional and personal life.
