About Reejo Joseph

Recently graduated MBA student with an extensive background in Entrepreneur experience, sales management and customer service gained from Australia over two years which has helped me to upgrade my hard working & enthusiastic attitude, strategic thinking and operational skills towards sales and marketing in retail industry. Education background in Master of Business Administration focusing on marketing, strategic planning, project initiation, planning and execution, organizational change and digital marketing provided me with solid background required to perform duties such as tracking deals, sales reporting analysis, sales targets, product marketing which initiated a start up idea i.e.(PLATINUM SKINZ) while pursuing my M.B.A studies with a unique idea of protecting electronic devices using polythene material. It was very challenging for me to give life to a simple idea from scratch by myself. It was my passion towards retail business that kept me going till the day I was able to successfully launch my final product in Australia. I have gained experience in customer service from Metro petroleum for more than two years as console operator from May 2017 - October 2019. These experiences has given me both theoretical and practical knowledge as well as exposure about retail sales, market and consumer behavior in Australia. In 2014 my career was started at OBAID ALI AL MUHAIRI ELECTRICAL & PAINTS CONTRACTING L.L.C as Assistant Administrator at Shariah, United Arab Emirates |June 2014 - January 2016| operating different duties from coordinating with management and department heads to create budgets, bills and operational strategies, scheduling appointments with clients and constant follow ups, data entry, answering phones and collecting information such as: clients background check, preparing income statements. Additionally, I have taken academic internship at Bangalore international airport while pursuing my Bachelors in Aeronautics in 2013, thus knowing the different pace of business at airport. I have worked as Miss Handling Baggage ground supervisor for the period of six months.
