I am currently a Trainer at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in Saudi Arabia, where I deliver engaging and effective training sessions utilizing diverse instructional methods. My role involves designing and updating training programs to align with the needs of trainees, evaluating their skills and knowledge through assessments and practical demonstrations, and providing individualized support and mentorship. Previously, during my cooperative training at Taiba Institute, I assisted in preparing inventory and administrative reports to aid management decision-making and addressed customer inquiries, enhancing my customer service skills. As a Designer for the Deanship of Student Affairs at Taibah University, I created visually appealing promotional materials and certificates, collaborating closely with various departments to understand their design needs. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Taibah University, and have pursued additional certifications in areas such as organizational security and cybersecurity. My involvement in organizations like the Google Developer Student Club and my volunteering experience further demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and community engagement. With strong technical and soft skills, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my professional endeavors.
