About Reem Mohammed

As a recent Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering graduate, I'm passionate about sustainability, business, and operations. My DP World internship in the WLP department provided expertise in Jira and business innovation, including a tech-driven fashion m brand project, alongside exposure to marketing, customer experience, and operations. I also contributed to renewable energy and carbon reduction projects within Sustainability and gained HSE insights. Recently, I interned at SNOC as a Project Engineer, where I worked on the installation and commissioning of a 60 MW solar PV power plant in collaboration with Emerge (Masdar & EDF JV) and Mustakbal. I conducted hands-on testing and inspection of solar PV systems, participated in site walkdowns, cable termination inspections, equipment verification, and stakeholder coordination. I was also involved in energizing the system and supporting the initial energy export to SEWA, ensuring proper operational readiness. My strong project management, Microsoft tools, software development, and data analysis skills drive efficient project delivery. Through the Ershaad program at EGA, I'm developing leadership, strategic planning, risk assessment, communication, and teamwork, all while committed to continuous improvement and impactful, sustainable results.
