Reena Dubey, a lead by example professional is a PhD, in Solar Thermal Energy. She has had an extensive experience working in varied renewable energy projects across India. Her work successfully showcases entrepreneurial skills in sales, design and installation of solar PV power plants. During her leadership-driven career, she has proven ability to deliver measurable results with diverse work experience giving her varied skills and ability to work under challenging circumstances. As an entrepreneur, her project expertise involves lead generation, business research and analytics, grid/off-grid system designing based on customer requirements, along with the technical and financial appraisal of the project and sharing a final implementation plan including BOM. She has independently designed and installed solar rooftop projects. With her PhD thesis in a Techno-economic assessment of solar thermal air conditioning in India, has given her an edge over developing tools for diverse assessment according to climatic zones. Her expertise henceforth has contributed to project profitability enhancement specifications. Her Thesis attracted accolades and reviews from various institutions and eminent academia. She received a certificate of best presentation in, International Summer School on “EFFICIENT FOSSIL ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES” held at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India during July 4-10,2011.(In collaboration with Nottingham University UK) Reena Dubey has already completed International Publications such as: 1.
