My over 32 years as a full time REALTOR has given me much experience in all types of markets. I have earned and retain many designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and I had been trained to be the mediator the board of REALTORS. All of this helps my buyers or sellers, whether moving across the street or the country as I am also certified as a relocation counselor. Much of my business is from personal referrals,and repeat clients,so it must be working I actively belong to many organziations, including former serving as a Trustee and secretary for the Chesterland Chamber of Commerce,currently member of WCR, Ways and means of ABWA, member of the of West Geauga Schools and Chesterland Rotary past president and currently publicity chair. Specialties: I have earned many designations including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) working with seniors, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and I have had the training for my board by the State of Ohio as a mediator.Before real estate I was a full time volunteer (President of Cleveland Region) of Women's American ORT and dispatcher for meals on wheels,
