I am a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience and a passion for Agile project management and agile methodologies. As an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, I have managed and coached multiple development teams on Agile processes, best practices, and adoption of Azure DevOps as a project management tool. As Agile PM/SM, I have successfully led and facilitated the migration of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Artifactory to MS Azure DevOps, monitoring enablement and migration from OnPrem to Azure, automation of performance and functional testing for 10 applications migrated to Azure and implemented Application Delivery metrics for 18 products and applications. I also create dashboards and reports that track and communicate Agile metrics, such as sprint velocity, sprint burndown, and program increment progress, within the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework. I leverage my skills and expertise in IT solutions, Azure DevOps, and Agile project management to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and expectations, and support the organization’s vision and goals.
