About Reena Suri

As a Master Facilitator & Coach, I am passionate about empowering clients with skills and strategies that enhance their performance and potential. I have extensive knowledge and skills in facilitation, coaching, communication and entrepreneurship which I leverage to create effective training programs for diverse challenges and opportunities. I partner with all stakeholders to improve their human and process capabilities leading to measurable business results. As an Adjunct Professor at North Park University, I design and deliver engaging courses in the Communications Arts Department focusing on student success. As a podcast host at "Thriving Changes", my aim is to remain focus on the mission of the podcast. The mission of Thriving Changes is to increase awareness of the fact that many a times we ourselves are an obstacle to our personal and professional growth. Our desire is to increase awareness by telling stories from brave and courageous people who have in the past resisted exploring another perspective and how it hampered their growth. Or they may have gone through some challenging times and how they navigated that journey. Through conversations, we desire to understand what ultimately made them examine another perceptive and how that change helped them thrive. We will explore diverse topics like and not limited to leadership, culture, career shift, financial literacy, mental wellbeing and many more. Our desire is that our listeners become aware of practical tools that can support them in becoming unstuck and motivate them to take their first step towards thriving changes.
