About Reeta Mohan

Over 22 years’ experience of working in the health sector and managed programmes in the areas of Reproductive and Child Health, HIV & AIDS, Nutrition, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Have been associated with various projects supported by bilateral organizations and Government of states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar and contributed specifically in the - USAID funded TAS and TAU projects, Ford foundation supported research and Gender Resource Center, DANIDA supported Basic Health Services Programme and DFID supported Health Sector Reform Programme. I have contributed in the design of training need assessment and formulation of training policy for Government of Madhya Pradesh under Danida Supported Basic health Services Programme. Besides, designed and monitored training of various stakeholders of health system like Traditional Birth Attendants, Auxiliary Nurse Midwife, Faculties of training Institutions (RHFWTC, ANMTC, LHVTC, and SIHFW), and Programme Managers/Coordinators working with Government and Non Government organizations. I have developed country strategies of health sector for Christian Children Fund and ensured its implementation by providing technical support to partners. Have expertise in designing and conducting monitoring and evaluation of health programmes. Designed and conducted studies funded by UNICEF, UNFPA, Ford Foundation, SIDA, Government of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Significant contribution made in the establishment of monitoring and evaluation system in the Department of Public Health and Family Welfare and Women and Child Development Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh under DFID supported Health Sector Reform Programme. Have published research papers in reputed journals and also presented papers in National and International conferences.
