Working within a structured 6S framework, I’m committed to continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives and RCCM events, identifying root causes to streamline and refine processes. I oversee ALC maintenance and ensure we meet daily KPIs, implementing effective programs that support organizational growth. Safety is a core focus—using the Safety Champion app, I conduct safety observations, promptly addressing hazards to maintain a secure workplace. Alongside my operational role, I bring HR experience, including recruitment and selection, adding depth to my understanding of workforce management. My goal is to learn and grow every day, continually developing my skills and advancing with the organization.
