About Reetinder Kaur
I am a researcher with 10+ years of qualitative health research, project coordination and teaching/TAing experience in India and Canada. My research interests include South Asian health, Indigenous health, mental health, living donor kidney transplantation and organ donation research among cultural groups. Key features of my work- Advocacy for diversity and inclusion in research- Decolonizing research through community engagement and data collection in multiple languages. Currently, I am working on an implementation project BRIDGE that focuses on improving access to Living Donor Kidney Transplant (LDKT) among the Indigenous communities in BC, and ACTION project that focuses on the South Asian community in BC.
