When I was in high school, my sister got a computer for school, and that moment changed everything for me. What started as simple curiosity turned into hours of exploring how computers work, how networks connect, and how systems run behind the scenes. That early spark led me to earn a Bachelor's in Computer Science and specialize in network administration and IT support. Today, I’m a certified IT Support and Network Administrator with over 4 years of experience in enterprise environments. I manage infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. I’ve worked with Cisco networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPNs, always focused on uptime, security, and user experience. My certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA R&S, CCNP R&S, and CCNA Security. Whether I’m configuring IDFs, deploying Microsoft Intune for MDM, or supporting teams through critical issues, I bring a calm, hands-on approach to every challenge. I enjoy building systems that are smarter, faster, and more reliable for the people who rely on them. I’ve mentored junior staff, supported cross-functional teams, and contributed to creating environments where technology enables productivity. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about emerging technologies like machine learning, customizing game mechanics, listening to tech and finance podcasts, following cybersecurity trends, and spending time with family and friends.
