With over 21 years of experience from (CISF), Ministry of Home Affairs and also working in the corporate, have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of security management with skills in designing and implementing effective security solutions. Committed to contribute high-growth by leveraging expertise in Aviation and Industrial security, integrating technologies, and implementing robust strategies. As a Certified BCAS Instructor since 2019, trained over candidates, fostering a skilled workforce for implementing and maintaining high-security standards. My experience in developing and delivering training programs has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to design effective training initiatives, and have developed a comprehensive understanding of aviation security protocols, risk assessments, and compliance. Managed security operations at airports, such as Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL), Trivandrum Airport, Bengaluru International Airport Ltd (BIAL), Chennai Airport, Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI), and Mumbai Airport, and equipped me with the skills and knowledge to ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets. Experienced in optimizing access control measures and ensuring seamless operations while upholding stringent security protocols has been invaluable in my current role. As a Senior Manager Lead AVSEC and Compliances, responsible for developing and implementing security policies and strategies that mitigate compliance, operational, strategic, and financial security risks which includes conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure that security protocols are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.
