My passion is to make working life more efficient and innovative through coaching leadership, step by step. MSc in mechanical engineering (Industrial Engineering and Management, Production Technology, Logistics) who is eager to learn new and influence in business development. My style to lead is coaching and I have enjoyed being able to work as a part time teacher in Lapland UAS. Professional Teacher Qualification (2023) Specialist Qualification in Management (2019) I have a diverse background in maintenance, projects, procurement, and R&D. My career has taken me to fascinating places, such as climbing wind turbines in France, walking on the earthen floors of smoky welding workshops in Estonia, and testing snowmobiles in the snowy landscapes of Lapland. Currently, I am working as a Senior Lecturer in Logistics. Lapland UAS will start a new degree program in Kemi starting autumn 2026. I’m proud to be part of the team designing the curriculum and shaping the future of logistics education in Northern Finland—where long distances, green transition, and emerging energy solutions create unique opportunities. I am not afraid to take on new challenges or to work in the discomfort zone.
