With over 15 years of extensive performance-driven experience in technical support and customer service with enterprise software companies, I am currently the Vice President of Global Customer Success at IDS Next, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions. I hold an Exemplar Global Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer outcomes and operational excellence across 40 countries. As the head of global customer success operations, I am responsible for managing a team of more than 100 professionals across professional services, technical support, customer engagement, and key account management. I am also accountable for the departmental P&L, including billing and collections. I have successfully built and expanded into global right-shoring, established world-class technical support, and onboarded and billed multiple SAAS products.
