About Reg Watson

Reginald A. Watson, K.C. is an Associate Counsel at Willows Wellsch Orr and Brundige LLP. He has over 40 years experience in civil litigation. Specialties: Reg has conducted several civil jury trials and has appeared before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals. He is particularly adept in using demonstrative trial techniques and cross examining expert witnesses. The subject matter of his cases usually relates health law, medical negligence, disability, no-fault insurance, or personal injury. Reg has an active appellate practice within his practice areas. Reg also has extensive experience in acting against vexatious litigants which seem to be more and more common. Reg has lectured extensively throughout Saskatchewan for over 30 years in areas related to trial practice, trial advocacy and health law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of Health Care, Medical Negligence, and Personal Injury Litigation for several years. Reg is an active member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and was awarded the STLA Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
