As a dedicated Graduate Research Assistant with a strong foundation in Bioinformatics, I'm passionate about unraveling the mysteries of genomics and making data-driven discoveries. Currently, I'm pursuing a PhD in Bioinformatics at Boston University, where I'm engaged in cutting-edge research that involves investigating shared and unique changes in the presence of pre-malignancies across the entire airway at a single-cell resolution. My expertise lies in computational biology and genomic analyses, with a particular emphasis on single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing. I'm proficient in utilizing programming languages such as R, bash scripting, and Matlab to extract valuable insights from complex biological datasets. I've had the privilege of contributing to the field of bioinformatics through my work as a Bioinformatics Graduate Research Assistant in the section of Computational Biomedicine at Boston University. My academic journey began with a solid foundation in Biology, graduating summa cum laude with high honors from Clark University and subsequently earning an M.S. in Biology.
