About Regan Fields

I am a born and raised Texan interested in how computing application can improve small business in every industry. From point of sale software, to software that encompass' a business day-to-day operations, such as sales, dispatching, inventory, and revenue. I started my career journey in a locally owned snow cone stand known as Bahama Buck's. While working for the Buck's, I gained valuable skills in customer service, inventory management, and employee management in my roll as the Events Trailer manager and shift lead. After a brief stint in the sales force for Sprint Mobile, where I improved my customer service skills and sales technique, I decided to enter the trades industry. I began my journey in the trades as an Assistant Building Engineer for Union Square Credit Union, over seeing four different locations. In this position I learned a good amount about building upkeep, communication, and the day-to-day operations of a multi-branch bank. After leaving Union Square, I worked for myself and my family, splitting my time between ride-share driving, and maintenance on family rental properties. After realizing I wanted to make more of myself, I decided to follow in my fathers and grandfathers footsteps and begin in the plumbing industry. I began as an apprentice plumber at Brian's Plumbing in the fall of 2019. After 12 months on the truck, I realized crawling under houses and being under sinks was not good for my body from previous injuries. Thankfully, I was able to move into the office and help implement a new software that helped center our business through accounting, dispatching, call booking, and inventory. My experience at Brian's has helped me realize a vision for small business across the US, which is to implement software and best practices in technology to not only help streamline day-to-day operations, but also encourage business growth.
