As a HR Coordinator at Dorman Products, I contribute to the development and implementation of various HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition. I also provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Saint Francis University, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in the HR field. I have a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Dance-Performance from Butler University, which reflects my passion for human behavior and artistic expression. I have also earned multiple certifications in cybersecurity awareness, mental health, and HR recruiting communication strategies from LinkedIn.
